VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL
We are not from Doniphan but obtained a misdemeanor charge while there on vacation. Lynxwiler never contacted us after court not even once by mail or phone. We contacted his office on several occasions and spoke with a secretary who couldn't give us any information, until one day, about the 5th call, no exaggeration, she let us know we had court the next day. When we told her we work. She then postponed court and said she would get backwith us about when we had court again. Then we proceeded to go through the same process, no calls, no mail, and countless failed attempts on our end to get it sorted out. Finally at 1:00 on a Tuesday they called to tell us court was at 9:00am the next morning, Wednesday, and that we needed to have $320. I Was so tired of dealing with it after now months of headache, we just paid it and moved on and I'm sure other cases have gone like this because they were in no way inviting of the criticism we offered. They told us we can represent ourselves if we wanted and were extremely rude.
