I wish I could leave a positive review after our turbulent experience with Kuesel, but I cannot. You, the public deserve the truth, after all, truth and honesty is the nucleus of any and all conversations. I strongly advise you to NOT hire this person for your litigation needs. He had one job to do - win our case - and he failed. He was paid a ridiculous amount of money to represent us, and he lost. We lost. Isn't that the bottom line when you hire a lawyer - to win the case? Well, he didn't - he failed. That I can accept. What I refuse to accept was his arrogance, his use of unwarranted labels to put me down, and his interruptions of my answers after asking me a question. Here's a professional tip - when you ask ask your client a question, shut your BIG mouth and allow them to answer the question. Don't you know that??? We hired Kuesel to HELP us, and he failed. He rused us into giving him more money to get our money back that was stolen by the armed and VERY dangerous corporate street gang Union SLOTH -the police, fully knowing it was an unwinnable case, and he lied to us. He knows all the players-judges, cops,etc. involved in this silly game of trying to seek justice. And I fell his deceitful trap, and that is on me. I will be accountable for that. It was my choice to hire him and that is a poor choice I will have to live with forever. What does he care? Kuesel gets paid even when he loses, and that was blatantly obvious throughout this harrowing experience I wouldn't wish on anybody. When my wife and I politely corrected him on his unjustified labeling of my small business and career choice, he did not listen or respect our request, and to make matters worse, he continued to label me on numerous occasions. He even doubled down on his discrimination of us when we were in court - how embarrassing!! SHAME ON YOU!! We paid Kuesel to HELP us, not degrade my career choice- and Kuesel will never be forgiven for that. Allow me to clarify - I have earned the respect of thousands of Minnesotans and Wisconsinites through honesty, moral decency, hard work and great results. People hire us because they love us - unlike Kuesel who is at best a necessary EVIL! A spineless racketeer in a broken and polluted criminal justice system we were forced to suffer in. I risk my life everyday on the job - literally, and you have the audacity to put me down? This clearly illustrates how inept and coddled his existence as an attorney. Sad but true. But what is most troubling, was his uncalled for verbal assaults and comments about how my wife looks. How is that relevant?? Isn't Kuesel and other lawyers supposed to offer fair, unbiased representation of their client? His uncouth comments about how my wife looks has NOTHING to do with us seeking justice - yet that is what we experienced. Perhaps Kuesel's WIFE should be aware of his creepy comments that are bordering lewd and lascivious behavior. UNBELIEVABLE!! We are currently in the process of taking further legal action - with a serious, focused, professional attorney from the Twin Cities who is chomping at the bit for us to move forward to hold Kuesel accountable. Time will tell... This is by no means a threat - just a fact and a promise!! Moving forward, think very hard about your decision to hire this insulting HACK. I certainly wish we never did. He even laughed when we shared our heartache of being stolen from at our Hotel - the "not so" Quality Inn of Bemidji. Oh yeah, its really funny you jerk. On a positive note, his assistant at the front desk was very friendly and empathetic to us and our unfortunate situation. She was kind, professional and seemed to genuinely care about our misfortunes. I cannot say that about Kuesel. With lawyers abound everywhere, I would definitely hire SOMEONE ELSE to receive the honesty and integrity you deserve. And for the record, he let his partner in crime - State Trooper Jesse Herding to tamper and destroy evidence that was pertinent to our case. What were you thinking you HACK!?!? By the way, Kuesel never had the rocks or decency to call me after the case. He did call my wife - how shocking- avoiding a conversation with me - the one who paid the bill. An easy way out for someone who got paid for being a LOSER! In light of this tragedy, allow me to close with a timeless joke - What do you call 500 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean? A good start.
