Gregory P. Goheen
Gregory Goheen's practice primarily consists of complex civil litigation at both the appellate and trial levels in state and federal courts, including multi-district litigation. A recipient of the Wilson W. Herdon Memorial Award in Antitrust while in law school, Mr. Goheen represents clients in virtually all types of commercial and business litigation, including all areas of employment and real estate law. He is well-versed in the areas of education, civil rights, and constitutional law and serves as due process hearing officer for the Kansas Department of Education. Mr. Goheen has represented clients in class action litigation involving many diverse subjects, such as antitrust, asbestos product liability, civil rights, consumer protection, employment discrimination, environment, and wage and hour matters. He has experience in litigation concerning trade secrets, professional liability, directors' and officers' liability, business torts, housing discrimination and consumer fraud.
